Notice of Trading Status for VIB Bonus Shares

As of this morning, August 25, 2025, the bonus shares of VIB (record date July 18, 2025, ratio 14%) held by our investors have been changed to a tradable status.

However, according to a notice from the Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC), these shares have not yet been posted to trading accounts.

Therefore, please refrain from selling these shares (if any) until further notice.

ACBS will proactively provide an update as soon as we receive official confirmation from VSDC to protect the interests of our investors.
