• ACBS increased its charter capital for the sixth time (6) to 3,000 billion VND (three thousand billion VND).
• ACBS introduced S-eyes online account opening in which customers can register trading accounts based on the use of eKYC for identity and verification.

The company first issued warrants and achieved great success with subscriptions reaching more than 50% in the first IPO.

• On May 20, ABCS signed a cooperation agreement with EFG Hermes.
• Moved Cho Lon branch to 321-323 Tran Phu, Ward 8, District 5.
• In the fourth quarter, the Truong Dinh branch was established.
• Information disclosure to establish Cach Mang Thang Tam branch.

• Continuing to organize the ACBS Trade Pro contest for students interested in securities in the economic – financial, securities or banking sectors in Ho Chi Minh City.

• On November 4, 2009, ACBS increased its charter capital for the fifth time (5), VND 1,500 billion. (One thousand five hundred billion dong).
• Brand positioning with core values: Safety, Accuracy, Confidentiality, Creativity.

• On September 4, 2008, ACBS increased its capital for the fourth time (4), charter capital at this time is VND 1,000 billion (One thousand billion VND).
• The head office was moved to 107N Truong Dinh, ward 6, district 3. At the same time, the Portfolio Management service was canceled according to the regulations of the State Securities Commission.

• In September 2007, the charter capital was changed for the third time (3), increasing to 500 billion VND (Five hundred billion VND).
• Launched and officially put into use the online trading system, allowing transactions over the Internet with a secure method by means of a Digital Certificate.

• In May 2006, the charter capital increased for the second time (2) to VND 250 billion (Two hundred and fifty billion VND).
• Head office moved to 9 Le Ngo Cat, Ward 7, District 3.

ACBS changed its charter capital for the first time (1), increasing it to VND 100 billion (One hundred billion VND).

The State Securities Commission granted the operation license 06.UBCK – Business license for ACB Securities Co., Ltd., established with 100% equity of Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank.

Initial charter capital is 43 billion VND (Forty-three billion VND).

The head office is located at 442 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, ward 5, district 3. ACBS went into operation at the same time as the Vietnam stock market and the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange Center.
