ACBS migrates next-generation securities trading system to Oracle Exadata Cloud@Customer
ACBS has successfully migrated its core securities trading software system to Oracle Exadata Cloud@Customer that delivers a cloud database within ACBS’ data center. This helps support compliance with its data residency and security requirements, and marks a major milestone in ACBS’ strategic roadmap for digital transformation and development.

Leveraging Oracle Exadata Cloud@Customer demonstrates ACBS’ commitment to investing in a modern technology infrastructure and opens up opportunities to enhance its competitive edge, optimize customer experience, and stay ahead of emerging financial technology trends. Migrating the core securities system to Oracle Exadata Cloud@Customer, the world’s fastest Oracle Database hybrid cloud platform, significantly improves transaction processing speed and stability, increases system availability, and helps ensure virtually uninterrupted operations. This platform plays a critical role in helping ACBS meet its strategic objectives for growth and technological innovation to better serve the increasingly diverse and complex needs of investors.
“Oracle Exadata Cloud@Customer reflects ACBS’ commitment to delivering optimal customer data security and enhancing system performance for an improved customer experience. Furthermore, this platform provides a stable, high-performance operational foundation for all core business systems, enabling ACBS to sustain its competitive edge and prepare for future growth,” said Mr. Nguyen Duc Hoan, CEO, ACBS.
“Vietnam’s financial services sector is rapidly adopting new technologies to help address evolving data sovereignty and security requirements,” said Phong Pham, managing director, Oracle Vietnam. “With Oracle Exadata Cloud@Customer, ACBS gains a high-performance, scalable infrastructure to run its core trading platform while helping meet strict data residency rules. Our distributed cloud strategy gives customers like ACBS the flexibility to deploy cloud services where and how they need, bringing the power of the cloud to even the most regulated industries.”
The project was implemented by SVTECH, a member of the Oracle PartnerNetwork, with extensive experience in deploying large-scale financial technology systems. With close collaboration from Oracle experts, the project also has strong leadership and direction from ACBS’ executive board. From the initial stages of research, analysis, and solution design to actual implementation, every step was conducted systematically and in strict compliance with modern technical standards.
