Adjustment of regulations on payment of margin loan extension fees
ACBS respectfully announces that from April 14, 2025, the regulations on payment of margin loan extension fees will change as follows:
| Old regulations
FULL payment of extension fees is MANDATORY when extending a loan |
New regulations
FULL payment of extension fees is NOT MANDATORY when extending a loan In case of insufficient available cash to pay the extension fee: – ACBS will record the unpaid extension fee amount as a debt (called extension fee debt). – The extension fee debt will be charged interest at the interest rate announced tại đây |
Not requiring investors to pay renewal fees before continuing to renew the loan is expected to bring more convenience to investors when participating in transactions at ACBS.
