ANNOUNCEMENT OF CONTINUED APPLICATION OF 9% MARGIN PROMOTION

ACBS announces CONTINUING TO APPLY THE 9% MARGIN PROMOTION PACKAGE for all customers with margin trading accounts at ACBS. Details are as follows:

1. Preferential limit:

Maximum VND 10 billion. The limit only applies to the additional outstanding balance compared to the outstanding balance as of December 31, 2024. The additional outstanding balance exceeding VND 10 billion will be applied to the interest rate according to ACBS’s interest policies in each period. In particular, for customers who are still participating in the 7% preferential program, the preferential rate of 7% will continue to be applied for the first VND 2 billion and 9% for the next VND 8 billion.

Every month, ACBS will refund the difference between the customer’s loan interest arising in the month and the loan interest calculated according to the preferential limit of the program. ACBS will refund this amount to the customer’s account when this value is greater than VND 1,000.

2. Program duration:

From January 1, 2025 to March 31, 2025. The program may end before the deadline when the limit expires.

Note: The promotion program does not apply to customers:

• Using Margin T+ and MarginT14 packages.
• Some customers have large margin balances
