• For all customers with margin trading accounts at ACBS.
• Customers must successfully register to use the Margin T14 product.

• To use the product, customers need to register with ACBS.
• Loans disbursed on the margin account before the customer successfully registers to use the product will continue to be applied at the interest rate applied to the loan on the day immediately before the customer successfully registers to use the product until the customer has fully paid off the outstanding balance of these loans.
• Loans disbursed on the margin account after the customer successfully registers for the Margin T14 product will be applied at the interest rate according to the regulations of the Margin T14 product.
• During the period of using the Margin T14 product, customers will not be able to participate in other interest rate incentive programs at ACBS (if any).

• When registering to use the product, the customer’s loan will be applied the following interest rate:

• In which:
  • T1 is the customer’s loan disbursement date according to ACBS’s margin trading regulations.
  • From T1 to Tn, it is counted by calendar day.
• Interest is calculated based on the actual outstanding balance of the loan at the end of each day of the loan.
• Overdue loans will be applied an overdue interest rate of 150% of the interest rate within the term (equivalent to an overdue interest rate of 19.5%/year).

• Customers must cancel their registration if they no longer wish to use the product.
• After customers successfully cancel their registration for the Margin T14 product, loans disbursed during the time customers use the product that have not yet paid off the outstanding balance will continue to be calculated according to the interest rate prescribed by the Margin T14 product until customers pay off the outstanding balance of these loans.
• After canceling their registration for the Margin T14 product, customers can participate in other interest rate incentive programs at ACBS (if any).
