Risk Disclosure
Customers should read this Risk Disclosure Statement to understand the risks they may encounter during the online transaction process. The risks listed below are the risks related to online transactions that have been identified up to the time this Risk Disclosure Statement was drafted. Therefore, this is not the entire range of risks that Customers may encounter during the online transaction process. This Disclosure Statement will be updated by ACBS when new risks are identified. ACBS requires Customers to update the amendments and supplements to the Risk Disclosure Statement as soon as these changes and supplements are announced by ACBS on the online transaction information website.
1. ACBS is authorized to provide online trading services based on Registration Certificate No. 895 issued by the State Securities Commission (SSC) on November 11, 2020. Advantages of online trading services:
- Customers can place orders anywhere, the order placement process is quick and convenient.
- Customer orders are transferred to the trading market in an absolutely safe manner
2. Risks that customers may encounter during online transactions:
- Risks of hardware and software not working or not working properly due to floods, fires, natural disasters, electrical short circuits, natural damage, vandalism or human fraud, causing the transaction order to not be executed or to be executed but not in accordance with the original order content.
- Risk of telephone or internet lines service providers experiencing technical problems or overload.
- Risk of the order processing device stopped working or working slowly due to congestion caused by the number of transaction orders exceeding the design capacity, causing the Customer’s transaction orders to not be executed.
- The risk that an order once sent by the Customer cannot be withdrawn and may create an immediate obligation for the Customer to pay money or securities.
- Risk of not being able to confirm Customer identification information (username, password, phone number, fax number, email address) leading to rejection of Customer’s order.
- The risk that information on stock price boards or feedback information on receiving and executing orders on the website is inaccurate due to delay, causing the Customer’s trading decisions based on this information to be incorrect.
- Risk of Customer identification information (username, password, phone number, fax number, email address) being illegally obtained by a third party, then performing unwanted transactions on the Customer’s account.
- Risk of confidential information related to Customers or Customers’ transactions being disclosed during the process of sending and receiving information from ACBS.
3. ACBS is not responsible if the Customer discloses the access password or transaction password. In case the Customer discovers that an unauthorized person is using the access password and placing orders, please immediately notify the Company to suspend the transaction and take timely action.
