According to the regulations on Clearing and Settlement in securities transactions currently applied: for stocks, fund certificates and warrants, they will be automatically recorded in your securities account after 11:30 on T+2 day from the date of successful purchase (day T0) and not including holidays, holidays, etc. Accordingly, you can place an order to sell securities from the afternoon session on T+2 day. For listed corporate bonds, it will be T+1 and privately issued corporate bonds will be T+0.

For example: On Monday, successfully buying 100 XXX shares, after 11:30 on the following Wednesday, you can place an order to sell this amount of shares on your account.

– You can do it through ACBS’s online trading system or contact the Call Center 1900.5555.33. In addition, you can bring your ID card directly to the ACBS Office or contact ACBS’s customer service staff for support.

– Amount that can be advanced to the Omnibus Account = Amount of money waiting to be returned to T1, T2 – Advance debt – Expected advance interest – [Amount of money waiting to be returned to be used to buy securities during the day (for Bank Gateway accounts (BGW))]

– For the Omnibus Account: If you want to WITHDRAW MONEY, DO NOT perform the Advance transaction before (because the money will be added to the Balance).

– For Bank Gateway accounts (BGW): If you want to WITHDRAW MONEY, you need to perform the Advance transaction. The advance will be disbursed to your bank account.

Yes. ACBS provides securities advance payment service to all customers who have securities trading and depository accounts at the Company.

– You do not need to perform any advance money procedures because the pending sale money will be automatically calculated into the purchasing power of your account immediately after selling matched securities.

– Buying securities on pending sale money will not be recorded as an advance debt and will not be charged interest at ACBS (applicable to both Omnibus accounts and BGW linked accounts).

– To order securities: Free

– To withdraw money (or other purposes): 14%/year (calculated on the basis of 360 days/year).

ACBS calculates advance fees based on the amount of money customers advance and the actual number of days of use from the date of advance transaction.

When the securities sales money is reported to the Customer’s account, ACBS will deduct the amount that the Customer has advanced and any advance fees incurred.
