NO. According to regulations, when registering to open a securities account at ACBS, you are required to declare your contact address information. This is the address used to receive notification letters from ACBS, Securities Management Agency, Listed Enterprises, etc. The contact address may be the same or different from your Permanent Address.

You can change your email/contact address on ACBS’s Web Trading system at: https://smart.acbs.com.vn/

For a request to change your phone number, you need to bring your ID card/Citizen ID card directly to the ACBS Office to register for adjustment, see here.
