NO. You will not be able to participate in other interest rate incentive programs at ACBS

– Interest is calculated based on the actual outstanding balance of the loan at the end of each day.

– Let T1 be the day the Customer has a purchase transaction that generates debt; from T1 to Tn is counted by calendar day.

– ACBS will set the interest rate on the customer’s margin trading account at 13%/year. Periodically within the first 5 working days of the month, ACBS will recalculate the actual interest amount according to the product regulations and refund the customer the amount of interest collected.

Loans resulting from transactions incurred before the date of registration for using the product will be subject to an interest rate of 13%/year from the date of registration until the customer has fully paid off these loans.

To stop using the product, you need to cancel the product registration. Please bring your valid ID card/Citizen ID card to the ACBS Branch/Transaction Office.

From the date of canceling the Margin T14 product registration, the unpaid loans will be applied the margin trading interest rate as announced by ACBS on the website or other interest rates as announced by ACBS from the date of cancellation.

The loan term regulations apply to both loans arising before and after registering for the T14 Margin product as follows:

The loan term is 90 days.

Customers can extend the loan.

Customers with overdue loans will be processed according to ACBS’s current margin trading product regulations.
