– Matching orders in even lots: 100 shares per order. 

– Odd lots from 1 to 99 shares are executed by both order matching and negotiation methods. 

– Put through transactions: 1 share per order.

Ceiling price = Reference price + (reference price x price fluctuation range)

Floor price = Reference price – (reference price x price fluctuation range)

The reference price is the average price of the even-lot transaction prices according to the order matching method of the most recent previous trading day or the listed price for newly listed securities on the floor.

– For stocks: 100 VND. 

– Put through transactions: 1 VND.

– Normal trading day: ± 15% 

– First trading day of securities listed on the floor: ± 40% 

– Trading day after being suspended for 25 days or more: ± 40% 

– Tading day without the right to pay dividends or bonuses in treasury shares to existing shareholders: ± 40%

– It is the average price of the even-lot transaction prices according to the order matching method of the most recent previous trading day or the listed price for newly listed securities on the floor.

– On the ex-rights trading day (ie the trading day on which the stock is not entitled to dividends or accompanying rights), the reference price is determined according to the principle of taking the closing price of the most recent day to adjust according to the dividend value or the value of the rights.

– The priority of the order remains unchanged if only the volume is reduced. 

– The priority of the order is calculated from the time the modified order is entered into the trading system in cases of increasing the volume/or adjusting the price.

Orders can be modified or canceled if the order or the remaining part of the order has not been matched.

Unexecuted negotiated transactions can be canceled, but not if the order has been matched.
