– Matching orders in even lots: 100 shares/fund certificates/warrants per order. 

– Matching orders in odd lots: 1 to 99 shares/fund certificates/warrants per order. 

– Put through transactions: from 20,000 to a maximum of 500,000 shares/fund certificates/warrants per order. 

– Bonds: 1

(1) Order matching method:

– For stocks and fund certificates:

– For ETF certificates, warrants: 10 VND for all prices. 

(2) Put through transactions, Bonds: 1 VND.

– Normal trading day: ± 7% 

– First trading day of securities listed on the floor: ± 20% 

– Trading day after being suspended for 25 days or more: ± 20% 

– Trading day without the right to pay dividends or bonuses in treasury shares to existing shareholders: ± 20%

– During the periodic order matching session: Orders placed during the periodic order matching session and orders transferred from the continuous order matching session are not allowed to be modified or cancelled. 

– During the continuous order matching session: Orders can be modified or cancelled if the order or the remaining part of the order has not been matched, including orders or the remaining part of the order that have not been matched in the previous periodic or continuous order matching session.

– The closing price of the previous trading day or the listed price for newly listed securities on the floor.

– On the ex-rights trading day (ie the trading day on which stocks, closed-end fund certificates and ETF certificates are not entitled to dividends or accompanying rights), the reference price is determined according to the principle of taking the closing price of the most recent day to adjust according to the dividend value or the value of the rights.

– In some sessions where the closing price cannot be determined, the market operator may apply another method of determining the reference price with the approval of the State Securities Commission.

Ceiling price = Reference price + (reference price x price fluctuation range)

Floor price = Reference price – (reference price x price fluctuation range)

The reference price is the closing price of the most recent previous trading day or the listed price for newly listed securities on the floor.

– The priority of the order remains unchanged if only the volume is edited to decrease. 

– The priority of the order is calculated from the time the edited order is entered into the trading system for cases of editing to increase the volume/or adjust the price.

Unexecuted negotiated transactions can be canceled, but not if the order has been matched. In case the Securities Company enters the wrong agreed order of the Investor, the Company is allowed to modify the order but must present the original order, and must have the partner agree to modify the order and be approved by HOSE
