According to regulations, ACBS will send a margin call if the Debt Ratio (Tln) is violated (Tln is determined after trading hours); notification is sent via SMS or/and Email that the Customer has registered in the afternoon of that day (called T day). The Customer will be able to self-process and continue to monitor the status until T+2. In case the T day call is invalid, a new margin call cycle will be restarted when Tln reaches the above level.

ACBS will process the sale of securities so that the Debt Ratio (Tln) of the Customer after processing and debt collection will be less than or equal to the Additional Margin Ratio.

When rights arise with collateralized securities, ACBS will determine the rights that can be recorded to increase the Customer’s collateral. The value of the recorded rights corresponds to the rights that the Customer will enjoy in the future according to ACBS’s valuation.

According to regulations, you can make an additional deposit by depositing money to pay off debt or adding collateral assets, ensuring that the Debt Ratio (Tln) > 30%. You will receive all rights arising from securities on your margin trading account, including: Cash and/or stock dividends, Bonus shares, Rights to purchase additional issued shares, Rights to purchase bonds, Attendance at the General Meeting of Shareholders, etc.

Purchasing power is calculated based on the valuation value of the customer’s assets (including cash, the value of securities allowed for margin trading calculated according to the valuation ratio issued from time to time at ACBS). In case the valuation value of the customer’s assets increases, the purchasing power will increase accordingly according to the purchasing power calculation formula.
