Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

• You can register to buy online via the web channel here or register to buy via the mobile app channel (ACBS).

  Note: To buy warrants, you need to have:

  A securities depository account at ACBS registered for online trading; registered phone number, email with ACBS.

  Valid ID card/Citizen ID card (registered at ACBS).

• Please deposit or transfer money to ACBS account according to the information below:
  • Beneficiary name: ACB Securities Company Limited.
  • Account number: 8680015320 at Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development (BIDV) – Nam Ky Khoi Nghia Branch.
  • Content: Please fill in exactly the deposit content that ACBS provides for each order channel:

  Web channel: the deposit content is sent to you by ACBS via the email registered with ACBS.

  ACBS mobile app channel: You go to the Register to buy CW section, select the History tab, copy the content in the “Deposit content” column.

  Note: In case of ordering many different warrant codes, please note to deposit money separately each time corresponding to each warrant code.

You must pay within the order period so that ACBS receives the money before the order period ends.

• ACBS will notify customers that they have completed their registration to buy warrants corresponding to each channel as follows:
  • Web channel: ACBS sends to customers via email registered with ACBS;
  • ACBS mobile app channel: Customers can track the status of orders placed in the History tab in the CW Purchase Registration section.
  • After the issuance results are available, ACBS will send a notification of the number of warrants that customers have successfully purchased via SMS/Email that the customer has registered.
