The matching price of odd-lot securities is not used to calculate the index.

Foreign investors are allowed to trade odd-lot securities. The securities trading regulations of foreign investors for odd-lot securities trading are similar to those for even-lot securities trading.

According to regulations, the matching price in the negotiated transaction must be within the price fluctuation range on the trading day of that security.

It is a transaction method in which the buyer and seller agree on the transaction conditions such as price, volume, payment method and then notify the securities companies of both parties. Then the transaction representative of the member securities company will enter the information into the transaction system for recording.

Securities are not allowed to be traded by agreement on the first trading day of listing on the exchange, securities are on paused or suspended from trading for more than 25 consecutive days.

Only valid for the day and will be automatically canceled if the order is not executed.

First, you need to negotiate and agree on the contents of the transaction order with the counterparty such as the buy/sell order code, securities, price, volume, and execution time. After agreeing, you place an order with ACBS according to the regulations on put through transactions.

– In case of the counterparty’s securities trading account at ACBS: The counterparty simultaneously executes the order with ACBS and the order must completely match the information as prescribed in order to be matched on the system. The party initiating the agreement order can be the seller or the buyer, the counterparty executes the order confirmation. The counterparty does not simultaneously execute the order. 

– In case of the counterparty’s securities trading account at another Securities Company: You need to provide the counterparty’s membership code information to ACBS to execute the order matching on the system.

In case you want to make a put through transaction but have not yet determined a partner, you can contact ACBS to enter a buy or sell order. When a partner is found and an agreement is reached, ACBS will represent you to transact and execute the order according to regulations.

According to the principle, the seller enters a transaction order into the system and the buyer confirms the put through transaction.

A limit order, also known as a LO order, is an order to buy or sell securities at a specified price or a price higher than the specified price for a sell order and a price lower than the specified price for a buy order. The order is used on all three exchanges HOSE, HNX and UPCOM.

A LO order is valid from the time the order is entered into the trading system until the end of the trading day or until the order is canceled.
