First, you need to negotiate and agree on the contents of the transaction order with the counterparty such as the buy/sell order code, securities, price, volume, and execution time. After agreeing, you place an order with ACBS according to the regulations on put through transactions.

– In case of the counterparty’s securities trading account at ACBS: The counterparty simultaneously executes the order with ACBS and the order must completely match the information as prescribed in order to be matched on the system. The party initiating the agreement order can be the seller or the buyer, the counterparty executes the order confirmation. The counterparty does not simultaneously execute the order. 

– In case of the counterparty’s securities trading account at another Securities Company: You need to provide the counterparty’s membership code information to ACBS to execute the order matching on the system.

In case you want to make a put through transaction but have not yet determined a partner, you can contact ACBS to enter a buy or sell order. When a partner is found and an agreement is reached, ACBS will represent you to transact and execute the order according to regulations.

Trong trường hợp Quý khách muốn giao dịch thỏa thuận nhưng chưa xác định đối tác thì có thể liên hệ với ACBS để được nhập lệnh chào mua hoặc chào bán. Khi tìm được đối tác và đạt thỏa thuận, ACBS sẽ đại diện Quý khách giao dịch và thực hiện lệnh theo quy định.

According to the principle, the seller enters a transaction order into the system and the buyer confirms the put through transaction.

Theo nguyên tắc bên bán nhập lệnh giao dịch vào hệ thống và bên mua xác nhận giao dịch thỏa thuận.

Có 06 loại, cụ thể theo từng Sở:

• HOSE: LO, MTL, ATO, ATC.
• HNX: LO, MTL, MOK, MAK, ATO, ATC, PLO.
• UpCOM: LO.

A limit order, also known as a LO order, is an order to buy or sell securities at a specified price or a price higher than the specified price for a sell order and a price lower than the specified price for a buy order. The order is used on all three exchanges HOSE, HNX and UPCOM.

Lệnh giá giới hạn hay còn gọi là lệnh LO, là lệnh mua hoặc bán chứng khoán tại một mức giá xác định hoặc mức giá cao hơn mức giá xác định đối với lệnh bán và mức giá thấp hơn mức giá xác định đối với lệnh mua. Lệnh được dùng ở cả 3 sàn HOSE, HNX và UPCOM.

A LO order is valid from the time the order is entered into the trading system until the end of the trading day or until the order is canceled.

Lệnh LO có hiệu lực từ khi lệnh được nhập vào hệ thống giao dịch cho đến lúc kết thúc ngày giao dịch hoặc cho đến khi lệnh bị hủy bỏ.
