YES. According to regulations, you are allowed to authorize another individual to trade on your behalf according to the content of the authorization. However, you are not allowed to authorize ACBS staff.

YES. According to regulations, you are allowed to authorize an Organization to trade on your behalf according to the content of the authorization.

NO. ACBS employees in any department are not allowed to receive authorization from any ACBS Client.

You can make the authorization at the ACBS Office or provide ACBS with information confirming the authorization at the local authority or notarized according to the provisions of the Law. Accordingly, the authorization transaction must be made in a contract, clearly stating the scope of authorization and the authorized person must have full civil act capacity according to the provisions of the Law.

When needing to perform authorization at ACBS Office, the Account Owner and authorized person must bring their ID card/Citizen ID card directly to ACBS Office (see here), provide authorization information to ACBS Staff and jointly sign the Authorization Form as prescribed.

YES. You can make a one-time authorization or a limited-time authorization. 

– One-time authorization: is a form of authorization in which each time the authorization is made, the authorizer will make a corresponding authorization and assign the authorized person to perform it and it is only effective for that event. To continue to perform the same transaction content, the authorized person must have a new authorization document from the customer, except for other cases of termination of validity as prescribed by law.

– Limited-term authorization: is a type of authorization whose validity only ends on a date predetermined by the authorizer or the authorization content clearly shows that the validity of the authorization only ends when the authorizer notifies ACBS in writing or in other cases as prescribed by law.

According to regulations, for individual investors, the authorization content only allows authorization related to transactions on securities accounts, not applying the right to adjust the main information of securities accounts at ACBS.

NO. The authorized person is not allowed to re-authorize in any case.

NO. The authorized person is not allowed to change the personal information of the account holder.

The account owner needs to bring his/her ID card/Citizen ID card directly to the ACBS Office to complete the authorization cancellation procedure according to regulations. In this case, the authorized person is not required to come to ACBS.
