This is a notification from ACBS informing you that you have successfully opened an account at ACBS’s system and the account information will continue to be transferred to the Vietnam Securities Depository Center (VSDC) system for final account opening approval. After the account is confirmed to be successfully opened by VSDC, ACBS will notify you of the account information.

To check your account status, please contact ACBS hotline 1900555533 or bring your ID card/CCCD directly to ACBS office.

You only need to prepare a valid ID card/citizen ID card, you can go directly to the ACBS office here (link to the Branch System page) to register your profile or do it online quickly and conveniently (Web: https://s-eyes.acbs.com.vn/ or ACBS Smart App)

Domestic institutional investors wishing to open a securities trading account at ACBS must provide complete account opening documents as prescribed, including:

– Valid copy of Business Registration Certificate/Operating License (or equivalent);

– Valid copy of ID card/Citizen  ID card of the Representative;

– Power of Attorney and ID card/Citizen  ID card of the Authorized Person (if any).

Foreign individual investors who want to open a securities trading account at ACBS need to go directly to the ACBS office (see Here (link to the Branch System page)) for instructions and to register documents according to regulations. Contact 1900555533.

* The required documents include:

– A valid copy of a valid passport;

– A valid copy of the certificate of registration of the securities trading code (If VSD has previously issued it to the customer)

Foreign institutional investors wishing to open a securities trading account at ACBS must provide a complete account opening dossier as prescribed, including:

– A valid copy of the Business Registration Certificate/Operating License (or equivalent) issued by a competent foreign management agency/License to establish/(invest) a branch (for branches of foreign organizations in Vietnam);

– A valid copy of the Passport and Appointment Decision of the Representative;

– A valid copy of the Certificate of Registration of Securities Trading Code (If VSD has previously issued it to the Customer).

ACBS provides securities account opening services for domestic and foreign individual investors, domestic and foreign organizations and investment funds… in accordance with the provisions of the Law.

YES. According to regulations, investors can open securities accounts at many different securities companies. Therefore, you can open another account at ACBS.

According to regulations, each investor is only allowed to open 1 securities trading account at ACBS.

NO FEE. Currently, ACBS does not charge any fee from investors when opening a securities trading account, whether at the counter or online.

NO DURATION. Currently, there is no regulation on the trading term of the securities account and the account will only stop operating completely when the investor completes (closes) the account. At that time, you need to go directly to the ACBS Office to register the procedures according to regulations.

NO. According to regulations, you cannot change the securities account number that has been granted at ACBS. However, you can close the opened account and open a new account later to be granted another account number. In that case, you need to carry out some procedures according to regulations on closing – opening accounts at ACBS.

According to regulations, after December 31, 2024, the ID card will no longer be used in the application for opening a securities trading account at ACBS. Instead, you need to use a valid citizen ID card to register.
